10X Health x Nitro Circus Giveaway
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The 10X Health x Nitro Circus Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is intended for legal residents of the United States only and shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida. The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by 10X Health Ventures, LLC, 2920 NE 207th St., Suite 901, Miami, FL 33180 ("Sponsor"). Nitro Circus is participating solely as a promotional partner and is not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, winner selection, or prize fulfillment.
1. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies of Sponsor, Nitro Circus, and their respective immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, grandparents, grandchildren, and their spouses) and household members are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
2. Agreement to Official Rules
By participating, Entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time on September 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on September 30, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period").
Sponsor's database computer shall serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by completing and submitting the official entry form available on the designated giveaway landing page.
Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted.
No alternate method of entry is available.
Automated entries, duplicate entries, mechanically reproduced entries, incomplete entries, or entries generated by script, bot, or other automated means are void.
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
By submitting an entry, Entrants agree to Sponsor's collection and use of their information in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Information collected through this Sweepstakes will be used solely by 10X Health System and will not be shared with Nitro Circus for marketing purposes.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
One (1) 10X Health Methylation Genetic Test
One (1) bottle of 10X Health Optimize
One (1) container of 10X Health Creatine Monohydrate
One (1) container of 10X Health Aminos
One (1) signed Nitro Circus helmet
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Approximately $1,599 USD.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Prizes are non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and no substitutions are permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about October 5th, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted via the email address and/or telephone number provided during entry.
The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete any required documentation, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner.
An Entrant is not deemed a winner until Sponsor has verified eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
7. Prize Conditions
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, voice, photograph, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation or notice. If the total Approximate Retail Value of the prize is $600 or more, the winner will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving the prize, and Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the value of the prize as required by law.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, computer viruses, system failures, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the Entrant.
Failure by Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Nitro Circus, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and prize suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or injuries arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, network failures, computer viruses, unauthorized intervention, lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted entries, or any other errors that may affect the administration of the Sweepstakes.
10. Disputes
These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.
Entrants agree that all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Entrants waive any right to punitive, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12. Miscellaneous
These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement governing the Sweepstakes and supersede any prior communications regarding the Sweepstakes. In the event of any inconsistency between these Official Rules and any promotional materials, these Official Rules shall control.
13. Winner List
To request the name, city, and state of residence of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope within thirty (30) days after the winner has been confirmed to:

14. State Registration and Bonding
This Sweepstakes is not required to be registered or bonded with any state agency. Certain states, including Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, require registration and/or bonding for game promotions or sweepstakes only where the total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes offered exceeds $5,000. As the total ARV of this Sweepstakes is below that threshold, no state registration or bonding is required.
